The Interim Housing Manager is responsible for management and supervision of interim housing staff, sites and program outcomes. This position will manage the delivery of interim housing services, case management, and programs using trauma informed care, harm reduction and housing first principles. The Manager will supervise staff who work shifts 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and will provide advanced crisis interventions when needed. The manager will oversee HMIS data entry, clinical documentation, and Quality Assurance responsibilities. This position requires extensive coordination with multiple components with internal and external partners (e.g. liaison with Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure a safe, productive environment is maintained and efforts to ensure care coordination and reduced lengths of homelessness).
