The Assistant Director of Outreach is responsible for the supervision of program implementation for various LA Family Housing Street Based Engagement Teams (SBET) that serve single adults, families, and youth experiencing homelessness in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 1 & 2. The Assistant Director will provide guidance, direction, and clinical support to SBET and direct supervision, development, and support of Program Managers. Duties include but are not limited to staffing oversight and executing the Director’s vision for staff development, increased staff morale and retention. In partnership with the Director, the Assistant Director will conduct program assessments, analysis of program gaps, and implement identified clinical service models to ensure effective service delivery. The Assistant Director of Outreach will ensure proper documentation, enrollment rates, and program data are maintained and accurately reported in appropriate databases. The Assistant Director of Outreach will perform a variety of skilled duties directly related to program management activities, including but not limited to, reviewing reports and ensuring contractual outcomes are met and milestones are consistently assessed, as set forth by the Director, Deputy Chief Programs Officer and Chief Programs Officer.
